Ive got about 3 small bubbles of rust on one of my wheel arches, Would I be able to sand the affected area and sort it myself with something to remove the rust then a touch up kit or would it need to be done by a bodyshop? Thanks

Body shop, it'll need blowing into the original paintwork else it'll stick out like a sore thumb.
