for those who rent garages etc
how much do you pay (incl. deposits etc) and what sort of contract are you binded in with (minimum and maximum lengths of stay, notice etc)
also how secure are they generally?

Mine is £360 a month plus water and eletric. Deposit was £1k and wanted first 3 months rent up front

Look abit harder, there's loads around these parts.
I've had 2 units only around Peterborough,
last one was big enough to fit two cars in, had electric on a quid meter,
Was 80quid a month.

For as long as I want.
10m x 10m size 
Got a bargain!!
Fitted a new steel door and new lights all round. Benches etc!

Farms, and caravan storage places,

Mine is council. Big enough for a car and a wall full of tools etc. Got a few bikes in it too.

I pay £30.33 a month with no water or electric. It's in a secure gated off road site which is used daily by a few businesses. Best thing to do is just ask around locally at work or local car clubs etc.
