was 18 stone end of feb got down to 12 stone 7 pounds by mid December. Exercise was just an exercise bike sat in front of the tv for an hour every night.

Food basically porridge for breakfast, snacks through the day of fruit, lunch either tuna wraps, chicken wraps, chicken salad, baked potato etc. main meal chicken and brown rice with various sauces, omlette, pasta, soup etc. nothing too drastic. Still eat the odd burgers and chips and what have you. These days I'm eating a bit more as I'm doing a lot of exercise on weekends. Be out today and tomorrow probably 4 hours each day on mountain bike so need more women numbers to survive.

Since I've joined the gym i have put weight on, be muscle though as I'm still just under a 32" waist. Previously was 40" waist. Started running a couple of months ago can nearly crack 5 miles without collapsing but fair painful the day afterwards with aches and pains. Not used to it. Biking Aint a problem can do that for ever without a break.

What are you on about russ? I apologise if the levels of banter was just too much for you.

Last nights late night snack was a bag of cookies from asda. Healthy indeed pmsl. 4-5 hours on the mountain bike this afternoon will sort it though.
