actually very good on the viewing side of things, and last yera when i used them too.
very annoying since. wasnt happy with their offer system as they didnt secure the properties at the prices we thought were correct but hey ho but now they (they claim its the landlord and could be the case) are chasing us eveyr 5 mins for all the refs and paperwork etc... e alread signed contract and paid them the best part of £6k so they should be sucking our balls 
anyways, very profressonal company esp considering how dodgy most agents are in london!
