This...

Protec manifolds are a 4-1 and do sit quite low so wouldn't planning on slamming your corsa

I'm not planning on too I've got a Remus back box and I got a protec mainfold for £20 so steal really I'm lowered 30mm can't really go too low due to the speed bumps and pots holes around here:/ what I was wondering was I heard you have to move the pas pump over due to clearance and also how do you go about removing the sai pump

No need to move pas pump at all, sai just unplug/un bolt and bin it, it's that simple

i fitted mine last week i had to remove the oil filter but was doing an oil change so didnt matter too much and also the arb as the old one is a bitch to get out but you get there eventually. the pro tec fits in fine you might need a ratchet spanner or small ratchet set to make life easier as the bolt towards the pas pump is difficult to get to however it is doable. It took me and my mate about 2 hours this was removing sai pump and doing a couple of other bits n bobs. Ive had no issues with is catching either and im quite low makes a big difference performance wise

Does the arb catch it then and also did you remove the rad?

It's trying to get the old one out past the arb that's a prob, could always take it off but don't really need to, I just moved the rad closer to the front when fitting for more access again it doesn't have to be removed

Fitted sounds shit I think, standard one sounds better and the clearance is shit too might take it off, sounds so raspy and unpleasant to drive can't make out why it sounds so shit surly it's ment to sound load but not raspy
