hi im going to my first f1 race at silverstone on sunday.Im going in the general admission part so i know a quite a few people have been before,so does anyone know good places to go to get good pictures?

anything i need to know before i go?

Im there Friday you will be able to sit anywhere there isnt a grandstand so anywhere after copse end of hanger straight etc

I've experienced mild hearing loss from exposure to loud noises. If you get the right ear plugs you can still perfectly hear all the sounds, just a little quieter.

I've got ear plugs from work, were getting a bus from a park and ride from somewhere, somebody said about silverstone radio will I get anything on my iPhone?

Is there any places for general admission that's got a big screen to watch the race on the telly aswell?

TV screens all around track, try get a spot on a slower corner so actually see them as they go past.

Silverstone radio was over loud speakers or was for MotoGP.

Yeah a slower corner will be better so I can actually get pictures I doubt I'd get many them doing 150mph+

My goal for Spa is to watch practise on a fast section (thinking Eau Rouge for one session and Pou-hon for another) and then watch quali and race at a braking/traction zone (bus-stop chicane).

The cars are incredible at full chat, so worth seeing them at least once during the weekend - but the best viewing is definitely braking zones for both overtaking and seeing the cars stop/go - it's incredible.

When i went i sat at Becketts, best place to see the amazing changes of direction the cars can do.

I watched from club grandstand last year, could see bikes coming down hangar straight, round stowe, big break into vale, round club and disappear down pit straight.

Probably sit there again or get a spot on grass at vale.

Club Grandstand is a great place to sit, and I think there's abit next to it that you could go to for general admission. You can't reallty sit at Becketts any more There might ne somewhere on the outside of the track, but since the pit building moved they had to take the inside grandstand down to put in access to the new pits. There's a small area of grass next to where the grandstand used to be, but you can't see anything without standing up.
