I sent an email earlier which was received by both recipients however, whilst its gone into my sent box, it is saying that its not been sent. Not only that but the two recipients have received my email with a copy of another email that I received from a colleague directly below it as if I've forwarded it to them. In my sent box, the email is as I wrote it, i.e. no copy of this other message. The other message had an attachment which isn't attached to the email that has been received by the two recipients.
Any ideas?
I've just run a virus check and found no threats

If its in the sent box, where is it saying its not sent? Did you get a bounced back message? If so, copy and paste the contents here.
*edit* don't forget to edit out the email addresses of the recipients.
