Hi, first i am Ender
my car is c20let corsa b
i built my engine second time and i used my old oil pump its nearly 5000 km used oil pump is shadek z20let and modified pick up pipe.
this time i use oil pressure gauge pressure is when cold 5.5 bar nearly 37-30 psi when oil temp is 100 degree oil pressure is minimum 34 psi also 5 bar
is it high or normal on idle.
some people says z20let oil pump is works high pressure like this some of says is this pressure is very high.
i checked head oil is very well on head and checked oil cooler is not stopped
anyone help me please

Your Pump doesn't create the oil pressure, the oil pressure is created from the clearance in the bearings, crank etc. Pump only pushes volume, My c20xe oil pressure was around 20 psi minimum and about 60/65 psi when driving it round.
Have you rebuilt it fully at bottom end or just put it back together?
Pressure should be slightly higher when cold.
Is the Idle as it should be?

5.5bar oil pressure is about 80psi, which on that pump id say is normal, even on t'he oem pumps i have put washers in to up pressure from 65-75/80 psi.
On idle when hot you should have about 22psi(1.5bar) and raise 10psi or so for every 1k rpm.
I dont get t'he 5 bar this + that on your first post, doesnt seem to make sense?

true i wrote wrongly the psi
my pump is z20let shadek and i dont do any thing for pressure its oem z20let pump only mod pick up pipe

its first start pressure and max downs 5 bar when oil is 100 degree on idle
its minimum pressure
i am looking the pressure between oil filter to oil pump by sandwich plate
i checked two oil press gauge i dont beleive first electronik oil press gauge but mecanical oil press gauge as seen as on photo shows 5.5 when cold and 5 bar hot oil press 100 degree
