If I sold my car with the reg on. Is there anything I need to do so the new owner of the car owns the plate. Or is this implied if we fill in the v5 and that's it?

Just fill in the V5 as normal, nothing different, plate belongs to the car.

If the reg is staying on the car just sign v5 over as normall.

Haha it's been on the road with me for 6 months

I've done it now so I'm happy with it

I roll around with cars all day in work. So if something was to break on it I'd never be arsed fixing it haha.
Plus I've put a deposit on a new car now
