I sometimes get this, just wondered if anyone knew what it was.
If I get it its always from the same type of activity. Yesterday was having a kick about with the football much of the day, didnt turn my ankle or anything. But was left with an odd pain in my ankle, that was only painful when pressure was put on the foot at certain angles.
It almost feels exactly like when a joint hurts then you click it and it feels ok again, anyone any ideas?

I sprained my ankle years ago, even years after if I put pressure on the side of my foot it's painful compared to doing the same thing with the other foot.

See a doc, or a sports therapist.
I had some treatment on my back/neck last week, really good, and found I have really bad posture. Painful as fuck mind

Found out the problem. Is when I don't wear trainers with raised ankle support inserts to do sport. My ankle tries to roll over and flatten because my feet are used to being supported it causes pain

I used to wear ankle straps when playing football as I was always going over on my ankles when running and turning.
