Yesterday on my way home i stopped at the shop and i could smell this awfull smell. Its coming from the front brakes 100%. I have fitted 2ltr 256's with ebc groved and drilled discs and brand new pads. Albeit cheap ones as thats what came with the brakes. Im thinking one or both of the calipers are stuck abit and my brakes are binding. There are some marks on the discs like they have got hot, ive only done around 20miles like this and want to get it sorted before something bad happens. Any suggestions???

I'd just disassemble for now, blow the dust out (not with your mouth, remember it's asbestos in brake dust) and reassemble, see if it helps.
Maybe something is caught between the pad and caliper?

Ive traced it to just the drivers side caliper. Drove it work this morning and stopped at work and its only the drivers side thats smelling. I have a weird mark round the disc, which i think is from me driving up a road that had been re surfaced but only when they throw them small stones onto it.

I will just remove the caliper and see if anything is in their.
