100% Corsa's fault.

Both vehicles are to blame.

Guy doing the vid is clearly a monumentally stupid arsehole, overtaking is legal and I have no issue with it, but overtaking a line of 500cars at once?! Jeb end, tempting fate.

However, corsa was joining a road and didn't look at any obstacles that might get in the way. So whilst the driver of said car with abysmal music playing is a complete cock and should probably not be allowed to drive, he was driving on a main road in a straight line and I must admit what looked like a sensible speed (well forgive the obvious stupidness of his jumbo overtake manoeuvre) but the Corsa was approaching a carriage way and didn't check for moving vehicles and just drove anyway. However unlikely a car might be coming on the other side of the road, not looking is just gross negligence and stupid.

To conclude, it's the Corsa's fault. But both drivers should be shot,

Car shouldn't have even been on the road, surely the broken windscreen makes the car illegal to drive??
