looking forward to seeing it at a show or meet soon.
I know what you mean about a hidden scratch, im the same, it just eats away at me! I get all the fussy/high profile customers jobs at work because I put so much effort into getting installs better than factory standard.

sooo managed to put some time in on it today and iv only got the engine in!!!
SCRATCH FREE MIGHT I ADD LOL
fitted flywheel and clutch an f17 gbox
fitted mounts on but noticed the f17 box has a extra thread for rear gearbox mount this was stopping the corsa rear mount going on so wipped the grinder out and cut of what wasnt needed, need to touch up with paint at some point
this is where i had to grind
lowered engine and box onto a lye down mechanics tool bed with a quilt on and pushed under the car bay, was tight at one point in went under quite easy tbf
bit close!
took a while to get engine to pull up level on the crane but eventually got it in
well chuffed with how its looking so far
got to take a few bolts back out here and there as they need either replacing or cleaning then fit loom on

cheers dave. And yh been thinking about heat wrapping, I like the metal look to it but iv noticed my mates xev corsa 4 branch gets mega hot in like seconds of starting the car so I think I'll be wrapping it now, just need to make sure I do a good job of it, don't want it spoiling the look of the bay.
