Extremely nice cars but extremely shit on fuel . Even when driving steady . Although for 60k it looks too similar to the rest of the c range IMO . They also depreciate about 10k a year which is extreme then more so when a new shape comes out which can't be long as the facelift has been out a few year now? . But if you have the money fair play to you

Are you assuming it's on tick because he went from a VXR to this?

This would be my issue, seen a couple on the road and just thought they we're like the M-Sport of the Merc range. I guess if I had my window down and heard it at the time that might have been different...

Why would you pay the whole lot if you're not a multi millionaire?

Enjoy for 2 years or so, thrash its bollocks off, give it back and let someone else worry about engine failure.

Would be silly to buy outright when they depreciate about 20k over yr1&2, while you can hire one for around 16k over the same term.

Sounds to me like it was bought outright.

Fair play, bet the sound alone is enough.

Why would a garage/dealer lease a car for less than it costs them in depreciation? Surely that's not good business.

Looking on AT there's hardly anything between the 2011,2012 and 2013 models. The hit just seems to be on the brand new ones, £60k new, 6 months later £45k, 18 months later £40k. Just buy a 6 month old one.

Same goes for any new car I guess and the higher the initial price the more you loose the moment you drive it away.

I don't know but usually these deals are driven by demand ' I'll bet 90% of new sales are done on a pcp or lease now days so the incentives will be stacked in favour of those taking finance.

Just a guess though, business is business at the end of the day no matter how they flog them.

Im not going to reveal my personal finances on here but what i can say is i got a amazing deal and its a dream car for me so i really dont care about depreciation. Every car has depreciation from new especially performance cars.

i still own the VXR but it is up for sale via revitupuk.

More pics an vids soon as ive done 1000 running in miles

What I want to know is where you now sit on the corsasport hierarchy scale? Are you now more elite than evo owners? If we ask how much it was, does that mean we can't afford it?

These are vital questions that need answering.

On here, yes.

In the real world, no.
