how do you find it? not sure what to do as i dont use current computer for anything other than faceache/browsing, which i could do via a tablet and downloading torrents which i can do from anything and stick it on usb drive

got an 11" air, could probably use it as my only laptop if it wasnt for uni work

The Macbook Air and most Chromebooks are not really comparable devices, unless you're talking about the Chromebook Pixel which is probably on par hardware-wise but still runs Chrome OS which is a crock of shit.

A Macbook Air is a proper computer, whereas any given Chromebook should be considered a laptop-shaped web browser unless you want to undertake some serious faff to install a less retarded version of Linux on it.

Don't think I'd want to use my 11" Air as my sole laptop but perfectly possible.

I use my Air 13" as my sole laptop at home. I have a machine in the office but since buying the air its been turned on only a dozen times in the last few years.

Why wouldn't you be able to use a MacBook Air every day? i7, 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD - what more do you need?

Overkill for just doing that, might as well just get a cheap windows laptop.

11" is too small IMO.
