Seem to be having a problem with mine, gets warm then temp goes down then back up continually any one any idea why this would happen ?

Do the rest of the hot taps do the same?
Is it on a combi boiler?

no the hot taps are all fine when running and yes its a combi

Is it thermostatic? I.e do you set how many degrees you have the water coming out? if it is then its probably furred up with limescale and needs a clean.

Off top of my head there's two knobs that say min/max that a thermo ? One for rads and one for water

Try turning your water pressure down at the incomer.
