As most of you know I got a parking ticket for not displaying my permit at work.
I ignored the letters as advised and got the usual ones.
Today I had a phone call from debt collection people!
Wtf?

Ignore them. Just hang up.
Unless it's gone through the courts they can't touch you. I'm pretty sure you can report them for harassment. Ring CAB for more advice.

They can't send a bailiff round until it has gone to court.

Often a strongly worded letter explaining why you aren't going to pay works. They aren't going to chase you for so little money.
