Was £150k but luckily we had most of that in savings, plus I own my other place outright so when we rent that out it'll cover the mortgage on this place.
Yeah had a lot of work done to it, but has stood empty for about 9 months, needs kitchen decorating etc and garden sorting

We're building an extension over the right hand side for large master bedroom and en suite

That'll all need knocked down for an extension I would have thought, that porch and garage won't be holding another floor up.

Its above the kitchen the extension is going, hard to see from pics but the porch is a small amount of it. Kitchen is a fairly new extension and we've told it's safe to extend above

Nic Barnes will be happy
Looks good, love the garden.
Opposite a petrol station is ideal for munchie runs

Why Nic Barnes? Garden will be awesome when we get it tidied up but it's just too wet now. Plus the dogs are just destroying it further! Garage is awesome, although my chocolate and alcohol consumption has greatly increased!

Nic wouldn't want you buying it on credit. Outright cash purchase a must otherwise you can't afford it....

That looks nice. Plenty of room for improvements. Not a chance i'd be living opposite a petrol station though

Lol what's wrong with having a mortgage?
The garage is small, but thr accord or teg fit in fine so not that small. We are going to extend the garage out eventually to the side so we have no access to garden just to make it safer for the dogs.
It's a quiet village so petrol station doesn't cause much harm
