Mine is cracked on my 4s and need it sorting to trade in for a new phone.
Is it easy enough to do it? How much do people charge for it?
And which kit is best to buy off ebay if i was going to do it.

I wouldn't do it yourself.
Even with a guide it's tricky, around 25 screws or so!
I charge £50

It's easy enough to do if you are dexterous. Just takes time - follow the direct fix.com guide on YouTube.
Also make sure you get the kit with the digitiser etc too. Costs about £30. Buying the piece of glass is pointless.

I'd agree with the others about doing it yourself. Take your time and you'll manage it. However, Munch is a legit guy and it's not a bad price for no hassle imo.
