Crank shaft seal is leaking on the Citroen, can't be arsed stripping the belt etc off to change a stupid seal so just gonna drop some stuff in to try and slow the leak a bit, it's only an auld citroen
Went into motorfactors and asked for some stuff and he gave me some liqui moly viscoplus stuff, same as this http://www.liqui-moly.de/liquimoly/produktdb.nsf/id/en_8958.html?Opendocument&land=GB but reading that it sounds like its job is to stop cars burning oil not leaks?
Anyone got any recommendations?

Nothing will stop it from leaking, other than fixing the seal.

Why didn't you do that on the corsa bigron instead of coming on here crying that your clutch was slipping?
Couldnt be arsed fixing it, a lot of fucking about for a measly seal, I heard of stuff before that swells up the seals or something or was I imagining that lol? Dont care if it doesnt stop altogether but would like to slow it down. If not I'll just have to do it properly

Came on here crying , I'm not the one trying to bodge a fix just because you can't be arsed to change a seal

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
