I'm working in Dublin tomorrow til wednesday, getting the 1400 ferry from Holyhead to Dublin. I'm finding it hard to decipher the shipping forecast for the Irish sea, or find a forecast that relates to that time period. Met Office report isnt in my kind of English (Laymans Terms).

Anyone care to decipher?

Just phone before you leave and find out if the sailing is still on. Weather is pretty irrelevant as far as you are concerned surely as long as the captain thinks it's ok?

In short, its going to be rough and getting very rough. I would call before departure to check that they're running.

I'm not sure if they still run the HSS out of Holyhead but I've had that cancelled on me a couple of times in the past.

Back home now, crossing was a bit rough today, not too bad though. We couldnt fly, we had a restaurant counter to take over with us, which is why we went, supply and install.
