But which one to get as they all seem the same to me, so ill ask for advice on here. Not sure which is best to have plasma or lcd, only thing id need it to have is 3 or more hdmi ports, size wise around 42"

I have a samsung 50" UE50F5500

It does everything I need from a TV and very happy with it.

I'd assume the 42" version is pretty similar
