Heat up around the stud and take it out with some mole grips that's if you have access to oxy acetaline
If not just take your entire manifold off and take it to a garage and get them to take it out

cheers pal will give it a go with the mole grips, soaked it in wd40 so tomorrow should have worked in a bit.
just a thought could I dremel a slit into the bottom of the thread then use a flat head screwdriver to undo?

worth a try but you wont get much of a grip with a screwdriver, best off with mole grips
good luck mate

was going to suggest (will help for next time or anyone reading) if you have enough thread put two nuts onto it, tighten them against each other so they locked together and then slacken the whole thing out from the bottom nut

heat always works best, heat the flange up that the bolt is stuck in then spray the bolt with wd40 so it cools rapidly. Then it should come out easily.
Same applies to track rod ends, stuck bearings etc
