Huge crash, both drivers are stable in hospital, I can't even imagine what the impact speed was.

Jesus, that did not look good at all. Luckily the car in front was rolling as I would imagine that would have had a slightly lesser effect

Why on earth hadn't he moved onto the grass? Whiplash much.

Lucky both of them were wearing HANS devices otherwise could have been very messy. Think both are ok with one requiring an operation on his back

Because it had only just happened and as its 24hrs, a lot of drivers will do a shut down/reset whilst rolling. He was at the side of the track, just sods law the Sportcar didn't see him until too late.

On a separate, this is my fav from the end of last year. 1500kg and all 4 wheels off the ground. Forces involved are epic.

He got pulled out, ended up ok. Hit the drivers side. Another example of fantastic safety designs these days.
