drives absolutely spot on such a pleasure to drive, from motorways to b roads on a weekend really is a nice example of an often abused car.
If you know much about these cars you will know of the few faults these have such as the Gearbox 6th gear bearing, rear wheel bearings, and the interior heater motor.
The car had the 6th gear bearing problem when i purchased it so it was taken to Andy Stockton Autocar in liverpool (Best Vaux specialist in the north) and had one of his full custom Gearbox Overhauls kits which consisted of every bearing being changed and all new seals. This is a kit which is still under warranty but as to date he has never had a customer back with a failure!
Whilst in it had a full service and some extra features turned on with the tech 2. This included one touch indicators and auto locking doors over 10mph.
Rear wheel bearings where changed under warranty by the previous owner.
and the heater motor and resistor where changed and refitted by myself and have been faultless since doing so.
The car has a few modifications it has a green stuff induction kit, heater trims and recaro harness holes sprayed yellow, optional 18" arctic alloys and front parking sensors not been messed with or spoilt.
all in all really is a clean example and I am gutted to be selling it, Hpi clear print out available dated today on request any inspection welcome!
