Our current one is from Paul Simon and one half of the long bit has given way, pile of shite.

Got ours from Dreams. Never again, shite service. Black leather sleigh bed. Came with a cream headboard. Took 3 weeks for them to sort it out and was left without a bed for that time. Also took two deliverys for them to eventually deliver the right headboard. Crap customer service and no apology.

Had an IKEA malm for years that's still going, i had it for a few and its elsewhere now.
Got my current one from a proper furniture shop and the quality is obviously worlds apart. Priced relatively to quality though.
First mattress was a fancy one hammer got me, current is a silent night foam from Costco.

Not prepared to shell out mega money on a new bed when the one I have still works fine

Christ Jason. Is it a racing car bed?
Had a look on very.Co.UK who do some nice looking sleigh beds with storage underneath for quite decent prices and good reviews.
Think i'll order one from there.
EBay seems good for beds but a lot of adverts don't give frame dimensions, which are important to me as it's not a big bedroom.

Ended up buying the 'Georgia ottoman king size bed frame' from bensons for beds.
Kept looking everywhere and the quality of the products looked a bit suspect.
£380 though at least I should have some form of warranty if it breaks. There were much cheaper ones on ebay but didn't look as 'good'.
