Electric eel is bad if you do it slow, just have to go for it.
I was halfway in when one guy just took a massive run up and dived most of the way through. Caused a tidal wave which then shocked every person it came in to contact with, was immense

There were 3 that stick out and I've signed up do it again in June and I'm dreading them already
First one was the artic enema which was a massive skip filled with ice and water, we went half way through the day so was just slushy mud and ice. Wasn't cold at first when you got in but you have to swim under some tyres half way across and that's when it hits you. Couldn't breath or move at first it was so cold.
Second was the electric eel the picture below sums it's up, it is painful as well made a massive crack every time it got any one.
Last bad one was the one I've pictured below to was easy buy had to take your time and stay relaxed other wise your fucked

Arctic Enema I found funny as fuck. Mainly because when you jump in, you just freeze and forget everything.
I loved electric eel.
And that last one was good too.
For me the worst was the high jump in to water, because I sank
