I can still survive on little sleep (bed at 3am and up at 6), but I'd really rather not I'm happier sitting with a book to unwind then bedded for 10 these days. Not old, wise.

Still have the same sleep pattern as I did at 20, which is still go to bed late and still get up as late as possible like a grumpy bastard.

Coming up to 30 now and rarely have a proper night out... maybe once a month. Usually just a few pints with the girlfriend, but I refuse to sleep before midnight! Will still be out with the lads until about 020 or 030 though, although clubbing has definitely taken a back seat. It's all about daytime events for me tbh BBQ's and festivals etc. Much prefer a drink in the sun to a dirty nightclub.

Saying that, Swamp 81 in July... can't wait.

I laughed quite hard a few months ago and involuntary farted, that's classed as getting old right?

I used to be right into reading about stuff like that instead of doing uni work, I heard years later that it was all a load of shit that he had made up.

I generally have the same sleep pattern but take longer to recover from drinking sessions (rarely 'get on it'), late nights or early morning fishing sessions (3.30am etc). But I think a lot of that has to do with my general fitness being at an all time low, need some enthusiasm and motivation to shift some weight and get fit, between long days at work and 2 kids, it's hard.

Have just come back from a week long holiday with the kids and feeling shattered now, not much of a holiday when your still up at 6am

There was a guy on here doing it years ago, made a blog about it and then disappeared for a while.

Went out last night got in a 4am. Never again. 28 years old and my night life is over. Now I'm laying in bed thinking my head hurts and it's my turn to cook roast today. FUCK.

Right - Are we talking about the same thing? as in sleeping for multiples of 90 minutes, not sleeping for 90 then getting up again?

I was talking about the one Ian has just posted but also read about the 90 minute multiples thing.

I've got one of the sleeptracker watches, wasn't much use.
