I have been trying to install an Astra Digi dash into my GSi and all the wires are OK, but my speedo drive is cable and the digi dash is electronic ..... is there an electronic speedo sensor that will screw into my gearbox from another vauxhall?

If they justify it being moved they'll move it. I'm sure there'll be some kind of electro-mechanical adapter somewhere.

Transducer part no 90532632 and the round 3 pin plug is what you need.plenty on ebay or local scrappy for the plug.

Thanks guys, I have called vauxhall and ordered an electric transducer from a later model corsa. I was thinking this, but its nice to have confirmation before I spend £50 on something that might not work.

Quick update .... received the electric transducer from the late b's and it does not have the cog on the end to be compatible with my early gearbox ....

I have given the vauxhall parts counter the part number that monkeytwizzel posted, I hope that this works
