I've been offered a new job with a company car , so i'm looking to get rid of mine
its a 51 plate corsa C , with around 83,000 on the clock.
It could do with a new waterpump and also a driveshaft
It has Tax until July and Mot until september
The reason I ask what it is worth is i'm debating fixing it up myself and putting a fresh Mot on it and selling it then ? But I don't know if its better for me to sell it how it is? I can fit all the parts myself but all my tools are in storage atm

I'd say 6-700.
Depends how badly it needs those items, is it driveable?

Yeah its perfectly driveable , just uses a head tank of water every 1000miles or so , the previous owner fitted a new water pump and I don't think its sealed correctly. I just wouldn't want to sell it on then it getting ruined by someone running the engine dry of water. Driveshaft just knocks a little bit. I have a friend who fixes cars and sells them on for a small profit so was trying to negotiate a deal thats best for me and him. But im not sure what to suggest

this site offers a fair startign point on price
[url=http://www.wisebuyers.co.uk/index.jsp?guide=prices&page=used_cars&no=3&make=Vauxhall&model=Corsa+%282000-06%29&vip=14564&yearplate=2001%2F51&mileage=83&x=52&y=10]Wisebuyers/url]
as you can see around £675 in "average" condition
(note i have chosen a 1.0 club...prices may differ for the correct engine and trim)

How much is a new pump and driveshaft likely to cost?
