havent looked through the insanity one, but i can imagine it says the same as p90x
1st phase - protein x 5 carbs x 2 fat x 1
2nd phase - protein x 4 carbs x3 fat x 2
3rd phase - protein x3 carbs x 3 fat x 2
or something like that.

Managed 10 mins of the fitness test today before getting cramp in my left calf and having to stop!
Gonna give it another go on Sunday (should be recovered by then) and be better prepared for it!

you need to stick to the diet plan more than anything,can do whatever you like but if you eat shit you will make no changes, other than to your general fitness.

Lose the beer belly really, I'm healthy otherwise. Going to SA on honeymoon in April...where my little brother is a personal trainer...and the missus has lost a load of weight and does metafit twice a week, so feel I should do something
The diet will be the problem, I don't do veg, or tuna, so probably gonna be a lot of chicken and rice/pasta, lettuce and protein shakes to get through
