Theres a bolt in full cage for an imp on imp club - it has no door bars and is on unknown origin but has safety devices stickers on.

Whats the crack with converting to weld in? Its pretty cheap

Was thinking plug any holes and seam weld any joins? Then tag to chassis and pillars, make my own door bars?

A full weld in new is £500 and this could be £150? + £60 fuel in the polo

Need the paint coming off where ever you plan to weld it but yeah, can be done.

Just make sure its CDS and not seemed, you'll see as soon as you look inside any of the tubes. Sticker doesn't mean much.

I would take the grinder - cut the rear hoop in half worst case - imps are tiny though so id think it will fit regardless
