Hi,
Does anyone here use the service?
Since it moved to Amazon it's not easy to find out any info on the packages they do. All the website says is that it's £7.99 per month, or £6.99 if you don't have Amazon Prime.
If you do use it I would really appreciate some info on the different disc packages and their associated prices.

That's great, thanks for letting me know. It's handy as I want the unlimited 2 discs package.

When we used to do Lovefilm we had the two disc unlimited package and watched three films a week.
We will be using it for normal and 3D blu rays, so at £7.99 it's good value.

Any reason for choosing a postal service over a streaming service (Netflix etc)?

I had postal service for a few years. I'd rather just pop it in to the player when I feel like watching a film instead of downloading something on a laptop.
Can you get Netflix through Sky tv?

We use Netflix for TV series and think it's really good. However, Lovefilm offers a far larger range of newly released films.
We don't really have the internet speed for stable streaming of 3D content, which is something that we want to watch more of. Also, hard discs provide consistent quality of image.
