House prices are going mental round here at the moment. We have a 3 bed end terrace that was re-valued at the start of July 2014 at £265,000.
Since then two identical mid-terraces (with less garden and land) sold for £264,000 ish in July. Last week an end terrace in the next cul-de-sac sold for £285,000! We spoke to neighbours three doors down at the weekend and their mid-terrace is being put on the market this week at £298,000.
We bought ours five years ago at £217,500
