Had a sit on one the other day. Couldn't believe the riding position is SO different. Nothing like the previous model, far more comfy.

Weathers got better, ideal time. Im waiting till next month for tax though as I only do 6 months. Get out and get it run in whilst you can

Stand - Look at a BikeTech alloy one. Good quality. Also get a front one and keep it on the stands when not in use. Saves the tyres from flattening at the bottom, also makes life a lot more simpler to work on them (or even just for cleaning).

A bike only goes as fast as you twist the throttle.

Plenty of bikes that top out around 130-140mph for learners.

Get one Worth it.

Normal 675 is about £8k, this has Ohlins front and rear and some other bits, so prob £9-£10k unless a discounts worked into it.

Oh, Ohlins is like "THE" suspension to have on bikes, ironically owned by Yamaha, hence why the factory Hondas in MotoGP use Showa units. I've even got an Ohlins rear shock on my 13 year old CBR Fricking mega stuff.

Got out on it for the first time earlier. Love it! Quickshifter is decent . Also got my tinted screen fitted today.
Meant to be out drinking tonight, but think I'll stay sober and hope for decent weather again tomorrow

The R retails £10599

Bit of an update. Original bike lasted 5 weeks & 500 miles. Engine starting knocking while taking it in for it's first service.
Triumph wanted to fit a new engine but I insisted on either getting a new bike or money back.

Finally last week, the new bike arrived. Also got a few free bits with it. Gel seat, some anodised bits, exhaust fitted & map done. Just got the double bubble screen to put on now.

Just have my Powerbronze screen to fit.

Is it the same model ? I watched one locally that only made 5k . Am going to buy one early next year I think . I just spent nearly 6k in a trials bike I use once a month

Beautiful machine

500 miles on the previous one ain't great though! Thought Triumphs were supposed to be good quality

Or did you kick the shit out of it?
