Paid for a irmcsher rear bumper off him came up with excuses for about 3 weeks gave him the benefit of doubt texted him twice and nothing don't trade with him started a dispute on PayPal thanks ste

I paid on paypal as goods - i have his address and number (well what he told me)

He messaged me back on last monday but otherwise nothing since... I have sent one final u2u if he replies i will give him a week to provide proof of postage. If he doesnt i will claim my cash back.

I would rather he just sent me the stuff or atleast let me know whats what
