You can buy the ridges.. Same place that you buy new sparks for your angle grinder.

If you can measure the ridges I can bend the panel.

Or I might just do it off a shell here. But you could make something with ridges in which would weld nicer and be stronger and not rattle.

Im not sure id be good enough at bending - dont you still have your gsi? Boot floor shout be the same so could make a proper panel and sell them?
