Johns point about doing the opposite of what andrew says still stands though
Andrew said taxed cars have no place? What is the opposite of that?
Andrew said "Incorrect", that is the bit that he meant is opposite to ivi saying "Yes, insurance will still have to pay out"
But he was wrong, ivi was right, John was right for once also.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

No, John was trying to be a cunt and he's made it look like he wants untaxed cars on the road.
Why not just say 'Actually you still can't drive in to people, plus what about driving to an MOT' etc. etc.
Not be a cunt and say 'that guy is totally wrong, do the total opposite'.

I had typed a big reply last night which I then decided not to post.
I meant that Andrew was totally wrong, didn't need a mathematical explanation from you of what I meant.
I still mean that he's totally wrong and I'm still correct in saying that.

Incorrect.
A vehicle with no road tax should not be on our public roads.
So if I break into someone's home who hasn't paid their council tax that's ok too? Hell I'm off to find me a new TV
