Unless that picture isn't accurate of the exact design of the R888R, then there going to be different on each side of the car if they're not directional. That inside pattern is different to the outside. They'll be vice-versa on the other side?

The pattern looks like it's clawing forward on that outside, so on the other side of the car they'll be clawing backwards?

look at the sidewall at about 10 o'clock on the rim, it has a tell-tale sign of it being an asymmetrical tyre.

Assymetrical tyres have sections of tyre doing different jobs.

On the left you have the groves and treads for quick and easy water displacement, on the right you have less tread and more tyre to improve lateral grip when cornering.

These tyres must be fir the correct way round.

A directional tyre is a tyre where the treads are identical left and right of the centre line, like the original r888.

Another way to tell is the groves round the tyre tend to be on the inside of a tyre.

The new r888 is an assymetrical tyre imo.

I had the corsasport internet police telling me mine were wrong when I put pictures of my car on here
Also someone at castlecoombe came upto me and told me they were wrong

Loved those tyres, best ive used. Shame a massive hole on the a127 killed one of them and I had to switch
