The mate lifted a 1.8 from England recently. Nice clean motor.
Can fetch silly money in NI now. They're not even really powerful.

Says the man on a Corsa website.
EDIT: Although to be fair Jamie with his cut springs and silly tints does actually reflect a lot of Northern Irish car themes unfortunately.

I do know that, but prices for the AE86 have always been high here as we do love our twin cams that was the point I was making.

They're not all that cheap for what they are over here, been getting more expensive last few years because so many end up as kit cars.
That's changing though, hopefully some left for you donut monkeys to ruin.

Mine was an early, Mercury grey GLS, so it had no cat, no electric sunroof, no air con, no power rear windows, no leather and no power steering etc, hence it being pretty light pro rata.
It's remarkable what 125bhp does in one of those things. Mine was keen and eager to say the least. Absolutely loved it.
Got mine really cheap from a friend, but after it was written off, I couldn't find a similar or equivalent replacement for less than at least nine or ten times what it cost me. And that was in 2005.

I reckon a Ford forum, eBay or Auto Trader would be a good place to look.
