Currently have a Dyson DC39 but doesn't seem to have the greatest suction. Find myself going over the same spot 3 or 4 times.
Ideally i would like a small upright, wireless would be awesome - but most of all i want the bloody thing to work well.
I've had a Henry, infact still go it, still works well after 10 years. i don't use it as it's too bulky. Similar kind of suction as this Dyson.
Paid around £200 for this Dyson, i'll pay that again.
Recommendations?

Those g tech air rams seem pretty good.
Have you cleaned out the filters in your dyson? Mine were clogged up and suction was poor. Washed them out and works lovely now.

Vacuum*
Most businesses use Henry's, must be a reason for that.
We've got a Dyson Ball, does the job. I'm sure there see betters For the money though, how old is it? Don't they come either 5 years warranty?

I was going to say the same.. They are supposed to be washed once a month, if you don't do this they lose suction rapidly.

My team leader has a cleaner and he's not posh. Would feel a bit weird though, especially if you accidentally leave some jizzed pants on the floor

dont get a henry I hate the little shit, he doesnt suck very well, doesnt move around easily and his long hose is a right pain in the arse

I've got a neato robotic vacuum cleaner. Awesome piece of kit. It is scheduled for 9am weekdays and 11am weekends. Cleans far better than the dyson. I'm getting shut of the upright and getting a cordless dyson for the stairs.
I've got the xv signature and my dad has the botvac 75 which has the side brush and bigger dust box.
It has numerous sensors and a lidar laser scanner which maps the room then cleans it methodically as opposed to a roomba which just randomly bounces off stuff.
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Henry for me.
We had a Dyson which was great and it broke so we replaced it with the newer version and its been rubbish. Its no-where near as good as the old one. Not as good suction, doesn't brush the pile as well. The design of the hose is an epic fail. Try and use it at any sort of angle and it bends so sharply it cuts off the suction
We have just sold it to be replaced with a Henry. The wife has been using my garage one for the last few weeks with much more success than the Dyson so we have decided to get another house one.

I also have a karcher wet/dry vac in my garage and that is mega powerful. was £35

We have the DC54 Cinetic and I think it's fantastic.
Still decent trade in offers available on dysons making them reasonable price wise.

I disagree . Mine comes 1 or two times a week for £40. She spends two hrs each time and it's spotless when I get home. I can work for an hour or so and it covers it. I would prefer to be at work than at home cleaning. I have very little spare time as it is the last thing I want to do is clean
