Looking for some recommendations from people who've got one/had one for a good quality quick release, don't want any cheap shit want a good quality safe one.

Ideally a slim-ish one, don't want something that extends the boss loads.

Links would be good,

Thanks.

I got mine from Jade Devlopments who build a couple of Clio cup cars, it does look identical to almost everyone I've seen in BTCC cars so they must be reliable.

My mate bought an el cheapo from eBay and it got to the stage that it was quicker releasing the whole boss than it was using the quick release function. Was a glorified paper weight.

I don't have one because I'm not sCeNe and my car isn't a race car so I don't require one.

I'm not scene or have a race car it just makes it less easy to steal.

Jason look at the sparco ones they are great quality and have no play in them and there is 3 colours to choose from if that makes any difference to you.

Thanks for the replies,

i've seen so many ones its a hard to choose one so just trying to get one with no play seen some that proper wobble when you pull the wheel.. saw a video of some guy drifting the other day and the wheel came off in his hand

Mark where did you buy the sparco one from? i've seen a few ones on ebay saying sparco but not sure if they are real ones or not.

For Jason, I'm assuming just added security, which is why I asked if he had an alarm. I got ignored though

Never thought of that tbh, it's a popular mod with all the jdm fanboys that just seems useless

Oh right I thought you where talking to Mark, my car doesn't have an alarm i'd take the wheel inside with me when leaving it overnight.

Also pretty cool to be able to just take it off.

Alarm is useful for people breaking in, aswell as driving me off.

Wheel just stops people driving off.

Alarm is better for you IMO
