Could the springs be the wrong dimensions?

You a 100percent certain it's not catching the body?

I thought mine was and they used to groan all the time, and with being stripped out it used to echo around the car.

I went at the turrets with a big block of wood and a large mallet.

Best thing to do is compare to other side and if identical swap them other if it stays on same side you know if or not it's the coilover itself

Sorry its both sides,I misread the question.

Definitely not catching the inner arch, I already made clearance on the one side it was catching and there is no signs of it rubbing after that.

Bushes are all fine, the car is fully poly bushed.

Been in contact with GAZ and they can't understand why it's happening as its the first they have heard of this happening with the corsa/nova rear coilovers.

So came to a decision that since i really only bought the kit for the fronts so i could get rid of the arch gap that i had with the -60mm apex kit.

GAZ have came up with the idea of converting my rear coilovers to a normal spring a damper set up by removing the coilover spring and adjusters ect and sending me a pair of normal rear 4.5" rear lowering springs and using the coilover damper as normal since they are exactly the same as the GAZ GT telescopic dampers apart from having the threads tapped on the outside which i think is very reasonable of them so now hopefully be sorted and back on a spring and rear damper set up with no nasty noises and can try a set of different coilover springs later down the line if i want to.
