Got the chance to have a look around 3 new performance Ford's today at work. The GT is rather special. Amazing piece of machinery. The Focus RS didn't look much different from the ST, but still nice. Mustang in yellow looked rubbish and my phone camera obviously didn't like it either, as I couldn't get a non blurry pic of it.

I've seen the previous gen GT in work a couple of times and this new one manages to out do it. It looks like a piece of exotica, whereas the old one is just a proper bit of American muscle.

Apologies for the quality of the pics, the led lighting plays havoc with my phone.

Am I going insane or is that GT more air than car, when viewed from the rear?

WTF a gwan with the big bloody holes/gaps/voids???

Huge cavities plus two cylinders missing loses votes from me, in spite of how lovely it looks.

Yellow is fecking awful on the 'stang

fergus will do nicely, but for the slab of black/grey tupperware in the front grille.

Saw the GT at Goodwood, in a big glass case. Photos wouldn't come out atall.

SVM, those cavities are flying butresses or something. Supposed to be good for Aerodynamics I believe.

I always thought these looked weird in photo's, but in real life they look awesome. The gap is actually huge!

It was a big old barge! My mates been in one around the test track and said it handled like a boat and wasn't what he thought it would be. Made a nice noise from the V8 though.

I guess it's a GT car, rather than the proper performance shelby, so that's understandable.
