With the correct training, I'm sure anyone could achieve the same finish as a 'professional painter', if there is such a thing?
Same as your job
When did I ever say they couldn't? Only thing I would say with my job is you need people skills. Seen loads of guys come and go because they couldn't handle people correctly.

Most people that think they are normal tend to turn out to be the biggest weirdos of them all

You're a bit of a weirdo, or so people say. I think you're alright maybe slightly eccentric.

You wouldn't believe the amount of people that aren't able to act normal.

Define normal? I deal with a bit of council scum at work who behave in a manner that is normal to them. I think they're scrotes. I behave normally for me but some some posho would think I wasn't. It's all relative

If you say so, Andy.
Do you think everyone acts exactly the same online as they do in real life? I bet you think Steve goes around actually ripping lips off and Nic actually has ginger hair.

I'm not saying you're not a normal human in real life, I'm just asking you if you think you're not a normal human (by your own description) on this forum?

See that to me isn't people skills, that's just not being a bellend.
You might say you can't work there without (specific/additional) skills.
I would say you can't work there if you lack the basic requisite behaviours.
Largely the same thing but its not 'extra' skill to be able to not fall out with people at work.
