Hopefully we'll have got past OMG CASES news stories by then and we'll actually be using hospital / ICU / mortality figures and not case volume which is simply a function of test volume.

I am not sure if the Media will drop the hysteria anytime soon, certainly not this side of the US election.

The hospital I work at has just set up a 'yellow' ward after a couple of months of not having one.

If you mean going on the lash on the last night then they'd already announced Tier 3 by then.

You might also argue places with higher case numbers are doing better, I suspect their CFR is somewhat lower.
