last nite.................... am in pain now

got no knuckles left at all, all ripped to fuk,

ribs are fuked, and got booted in my bollox, all in all was a wiked night,

at the end of it we sparred wiv each other, taking it easy, but 2 of my m8s who i went wiv kicked shit outta each other, was funny, but both got hurt bad

sounds fun. i remember when me and all ma m8s used to make a ring and box innit went home in so much pain but was a good laugh beating them to a pulp

only got showed thae basics last night, but so effective, cant get over how much harer u can hit ewen gettin the right techniques.

i got my ass kicked tho in sparring

so at the end wen we were walking off i gave my m8 a jab in his ear
