to make a full bumper from nothing is very very hard, your best to find a bumper u like and then cut the top off the Standard corsa bumper (so u can mount it on the car) and then get the new bumper u like cut the top off, and cut it in half.
then take your 2 peaces and cut them to size so fit the lengh on the corsa top. then fiberglass all 3 peaces together
