194.203.66.5 is the IP address for prodigi.corsasport.co.uk which is the webserver these forums are hosted on...

So my best guess would be that it's the history list of the webserver-software that the server runs off...

Yup, thats the complete history of every IP address and every software change that we've made over the years. Even got 195.219.30.9 which was many moons ago. We're running later versions now but we also don't tell anyone which ones
