if u burn ur hair, does it grow back thicker or what?

if it doesnt grow at all or grown back thinner, im gunna do this as i dnt like my chest hair

if u get hair waxed it grows back exactly the same becuase your pulling the whole hair out, if you shave your cutting the hair at the folicle and you are stimulating it to grow more
